DIY: DINOSAUR MAGNETS

This super fun DIY project will have the kids going WILD these school holidays. With some help from Mum or Dad, the kids will have fun attaching their artwork to the fridge once they have finished this project.

What you need:

- Rubber Dinosaurs (we purchased ours from K-mart)

- Silver Spray paint

- Magnets

- Super glue

- Hacksaw

Method:

1. Lay the dinosaurs flat and using the hack saw, cut them in half. This can be a little tricky so if you have a vice that you can tighten one half of the dinosaur in then definitely use it.

NOTE: Make sure when you purchase rubber dinosaurs  that they are solid inside to glue the magnets onto.

2. Once the dinosaurs have been cut in half, lay the cut dinosaurs halves on a drop cloth and spray paint one side. Wait until the paint has dried and paint the other side.

3. Once the dinosaurs have dried, use the Super glue to glue to magnets onto the flat side of the dinosaur.
