Orange and Grand Marnier Butter
The absolute best way to eat your hot cross buns is with some of this decadent butter.

100g light muscarvado sugar
1.5 tbsp Grand Marnier
Zest from an orange
1. In an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar together until they become a little creamy.
2. Mix in the liqueur and zest and serve with warmed hot cross buns.
