Yellowglen Terrace Dinner (60 of 196)

A Sparkling Dinner

By Emma Clapham.

This week I had the absolute privilege of hosting some of Melbourne’s finest ladies who joined us for the Yellowglen Terrace Sparkling dinner ahead of the Melbourne Cup Carnival.

As part of my role as Lifestyle Director of Yellowglen I was lucky enough to create the menu and style the night. I loved getting creative for this dinner and it was amazing to see my vision come to life with the beautiful settings and surroundings that were set at Crown’s Lumia Balcony (which will also play host to Yellowglen’s amazing activation site throughout the Spring Carnival).

I really wanted to extend the Hampton’s theme from the Terrace to Lumia so I featured lush white and green with a hint of yellow flowers on the table. I also loved our personalized quote frames that also acted as name cards for our guests. It also meant that they had a lovely little personalized gift to take home with him. For the menu we went with fresh spring flavours (The chicken dish was ahmazing).  It was a truly sparkling night and now it’s on to the races. Giddy Up! P.s. Check out the beautiful sparkling guests that attended here.

Love, Emma XO
