Dream a Little Dream: INSIDE ARRAY BY MIRVAC

Featuring some of the most opulent imported furnishings, bespoke artworks and home wares by renowned fashion illustrator Megan Hess as well as sweeping views of the CBD, Mirvac has unveiled Melbourne’s most desirable high fashion penthouse at Array.
The $8 million 425 square metre penthouse, located on the banks of the Yarra River at Mirvac’s burgeoning Yarra’s Edge precinct, features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, butler’s kitchen, a private lift and an impressive double height living and entertaining area leading onto a terrace which overlooks the Yarra River and Melbourne’s impressive city skyline. It is the crowning jewel atop the developer’s seventh and most exclusive Yarra’s Edge tower, Array, which features dual multi-level East and West penthouses.

With opulent bespoke furnishings provided by Versace, Fendi and Roberto Cavalli (including a 24 carat gold toilet brush!) no expense has been spared! It’s truly amazing to see  it compared to the sketches we featured earlier this year (take a look here).

Mirvac Group Executive – Residential, John Carfi, said Array had been designed to offer a heightened level of luxury in the waterside area in response to purchaser demand for customised apartments to suit their tastes and needs.

“We have had customers purchase multiple apartments to create their own apartments, with expansive spaces and extra bedrooms. We’ve even had some customers buy an entire floor to turn into a city abode for their family,” he said.

“Array offers a new level of quality, finish and customisation that is further enhanced by our partnership with Megan Hess. The special touch Megan has put on this landmark property is sure to turn the heads of buyers who want a trophy home.”

Having worked for some of the world’s premier brands and designers, including Chanel, Dior and Vanity Fair, Hess’ impressive style has transformed the East Penthouse into an exclusive luxuriant home.

Briefed to create an elegant, contemporary and chic penthouse with international appeal, Hess has curated the East Penthouse’s interior furnishings, sourcing bespoke items from around the globe and creating her own pieces when the big fashion houses couldn’t meet her discerning eye.

Enjoy taking a look inside this masterpiece and dream a little dream with me.
